Our Purpose and General OutlineCAUSE, Inc. is a California Non Profit corporation founded
in 2003 to assist by acquiring property donations and utilize proceeds to
Assist with social betterment services.
In this current Global Mortgage and Financial Crisis, CAUSE, Inc. has pledged
to help protect homeowners who want to stay in their home but cannot
afford their current mortgage, and to help low-income and moderate-income
families to find affordable housing. We are dedicated to helping to unravel
this complex situation for Buyers and Lenders, as well as renters. CAUSE, Inc. has dedicated its resources to help stabilize low-income
communities through affordable housing solutions as well as social programs
designed to help educate and empower the local population. The shortsighted loan products of yesterday have become
today’s foreclosures, leaving both Buyers and Lenders on the curb.
In essence, we are all picking up the pieces from yesterday’s mistakes.
It is the intention of CAUSE, Inc. to help place low-income families in
affordable housing and at the same time assist lenders to reach outstanding
levels of performance in their Community Reinvestment obligations. CAUSE, Inc. fulfills it’s purpose in various ways: · Provides
financial counseling to distressed homeowners. · Assists
qualified homeowners to keep their homes. · Assists
qualified low-income buyers to find affordable homes. · Provides
charitable donations to local social betterment programs in low-income areas. · Assists
lenders to find suitable buyers for their Real Estate Owned properties
(REOs). · Helps
lenders to achieve the requirements of the Community Reinvestment Act,
through our Non-Profit Housing efforts. |
